Ginger Beyond The Crystal is a game which is pretty simple but visually detailed.

 

You play as Ginger and you're on that journey to rescue as many gingerians and you can while you play through the simple story completing quests and defeating cute little monsters to grab crystals which allow you to unlock the next area.

 

This game isn't for just anyone to pick up and enjoy, this is for people who love arcade games and aren't that big on the Triple A titles.

 

The game will prove a little difficult at certain parts but nothing too big of a problem, this allows the game to be linear although there are plenty of good things. The main problem is that game isn't very repetitive which can later prove to be very boring. Sometimes simplicity is key but in this case a little more complexity would have made this game much more enjoyable.

 

Finally the achievements are really simple, for example die 10 times is something you can do right at the start of the game and as for the rest of them they require to rescue all the gingerians and play the game to its fullest extent. Guides can easily be found for these achievements to make your journey easier for you.
